I ordered a slightly used replacement bulb from this company. Upon its arrival, I discovered that I had ordered the wrong bulb! I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a refund, because I had found the bulb I needed at a different place. The seller responded immedately and told me he had the bulb I needed, and would be happy to make an exchange. I mailed the first bulb back to him, and he sent me the bulb I needed. He responded promptly and got me the bulb I needed for my classroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a replacement bulb for this projector.
