I have a septic system and have always heard that disposals are bad for them. But I also can't imagine living without a disposal. This bio units which last a long time slowly inject bio stuff into my system. I have no data about how much this actually helps, but it sure makes me feel better about it. And since I only use one bio charge unit every 6 months or so, the peace of mind is not costly, either.

I have been using this product ever since we remodeled our kitchen 6 years ago. I know that Bio Charge is doing the job it is supposed to do because my septic serviceman reports no problems everytime I have the system cleaned. I used to purchase these cartridges at my local Home Depot, but now they only carry the disposala that use the Bio Charge cartridges, and not the replacement cartridges. What a bummer! I'm happy I found them at Amazon. The price was right and the delivery was great.

This product is getting hard to find in my area. All the big box stores seem to have discontinued carrying it. My septic systems is working great and we have used this for 5 years now!

This is a great product that I have been using for over a year now. It works great and enables me to have a disposal system in my sink while having a septic tank.

It works so well in fact, that recently when I had my septic tank emptied the person doing the job said that whatever I was using to "keep on doing it" because our tank looked great!

I purchased two. These BIO cartridges work great and fit into the disposal perfectly. Make sure you read the directions to ensure the spring in the cap gets released. Also turn on and off the disposal 3 times to prime the cartridge.

I have had no issues with my septic tank while using this product. The operator who completes my routine maintenance could not tell we had a garbage disposal. I purchased in bulk and took advantage of the free shipping-this was favorite part of my purcahase. Many other sites offer the BIO-CG cartridges but their shipping fees are ridiculous.

We have a septic system that, although brand new, can be finicky. I was delighted to find an InSinkErator that had the septic assist option. The cartridges last a few months each, and I use the garbage disposal multiple times per day. It is easy to install and remove. Since we switched to this garbage disposal unit, we haven't had any odors from the sink.

I have used this product since installation of my insinkerator. Bying it
on Amazon was VERY reasonable. I bought three of them, so they should last
me a long time. When I need more, I will purchase them this way again.

This product is hard to find. Amazon had it and it was delivered quickly. Would recommend.

Using these cartridges is so easy...and my concerns about getting liquid stuff delivered were completely unfounded. The cartridges travel incredibly well. And ordering them on line saves hours of hardware store searching.
