A solid unit - easy to install
We've been using this unit for several months and I am very happy with it. It was simple to install and cranks out plenty of hot water. In addition, I have not yet had to tighten the faucet as I did the previous unit I had from a different manufacturer.

Poor company support
Before I ordered this product I called Insinkerator to ask if the cold faucet could be clicked on and remain on until clicked off for filling larger containers. I was told it would do this so I ordered the product. When it arrived I found that I was given the wrong information and the cold faucet had to be held open. Now I had to return the unit. I call Insinkerator...

Before I ordered this product I called Insinkerator to ask if the cold faucet could be clicked on and remain on until clicked off for filling larger containers. I was told it would do this so I ordered the product. When it arrived I found that I was given the wrong information and the cold faucet had to be held open. Now I had to return the unit. I call Insinkerator to complain about being given the wrong information and they not only would not help me but denied they had given me the wrong information. How can I trust Insinkerator now?

The ISE instant Hot and Cool Water Dispenser ordered from Amazon was a great deal. This is a good product and sold by Amazon at a rock bottom price. Product delivery was flawless and earlier than expected. I'm very happy that I bought the ISE unit from Amazon.
