I found out about this tool when shopping for a new disposal. I knew it was simply an allen wrench, so I searched online to find what size would work. I couldn't find the info anywhere, so I'm posting it here.
This is the same as a 1/4" allen wrench.
If you already have allen wrenches, no need to buy this one. If you don't, spend the six bucks on a nice balldriver allen wrench set that you can use for other jobs.

Thought we needed a new garbage disposal when our garbage disposal stopped working. Went to a hardware store to buy a new one, and spotted this JamBuster wrench there. Bought the JamBuster Wrench, put it in the garbage disposal at the bottom where it fits in, and turned it a number of times back and forth. Didn't really think it would solve the problem, but was very surprised when I turned on the switch, the disposal turned on, and now works great!

I seriously thought my ISE Badger 5 Plus disposal was destined for the dump. It'd buzz loudly when turned on but wouldn't spin. I tried using an allen wrench about the same size to un-jam the disposal and it felt hopelessly stuck.
Bought this wrench and gave the disposal one last shot. At first it also felt hopelessly stuck. Then I had a little bit of play. Kept pushing (quite hard) in both directions and eventually the disposal's blades were spinning, but it felt very rough. Ran the disposal for a bit and it's totally free-spinning now.

Wrench works well
I used regular wrench but was unable to fix the insinkerator. However, after I tried this wrench, maybe the angle of it made it easier to turn.

Easy and inexpensive way to fix disposal jams

Fixed the WORST of the WORST jams!!!!!!!!!!!!
I jammed a spoon and it actually broke the spoon and tried to swallow the handle, the lovely product fixed it immediately, i'm shocked and sooo happy!
