Great Trailer, December 31, 2009
This review is from: Instep Sierra Bicycle Trailer (Sports)
Purchased this trailer after reviewing tons of them on Amazon and Google. Like the other reviewer posted purchased and received the product fast. This was amazing especially since it was a week and a 1/2 before Christmas. The product was easy to install. Was able to get the seat adjusted for my daughters weight and she has plenty of room sitting in the center. There is room for some groceries or such in the back behind the seat. She has plenty of clearance in the seat with a helmet and plenty of room to grow. Ride your bike without anyone in it at first. This will help you to get used to the added weight behind you. Especially with braking and the distance you need. I ride far to the right so adding about another foot or two is going to take some getting used to. I would highly recommend this trailer. I looked at the 3 and 400 dollar trailers and honestly do not see where the price difference comes from. This is easy to pull and looking forward to a great time with my daughter.

Good trailer, August 23, 2009

O.K. First, the buying experience was great. Ordered on a Saturday night, had it by Tuesday.
As for the trailer, it comes pretty much assembled in the condition you will want to store it. Intuitive set up. Took all of 6 minutes and half that time was getting it out of the box.
Trailer hitch went on my quick release hub easily and the trailer attaches great. And, because of the type of hitch, not scratching of the bike frame.
I had it loaded down with gear for the first ride. Cooler, portable gas grill, camera, picnic stuff, plus the normal stuff I carry for any ride that would normally go in one of my bike bag. Biked part of the KATY trail to Sedalia. A few small hills. The trailer rolled well on the flats and down hill (of course). But, my knees could feel every incline. My wife, who never beats me on the ride, got 12 minutes ahead of me on the return 10 miles.
Over-all I liked the trailer. My knees just wish it rolled up hill better.

Great trailer for the cost, August 11, 2010
This review is from: Instep Sierra Bicycle Trailer (Sports)
We just picked this up today and were suprised by the good quality. i am glad we went for this one since it does have some padding to it. i pulled my 3 year old, backpack, and snack bag for about 6 miles on a straight paved surface and it worked out well. hills were tough, but i have an old bike and i am not use to biking yet. my son loved the ride..he did say it was bumpy at times. it was easy to set up quickly and folded flat. the wheels come off for easy storing. my son like the convertabile style, but there is a mesh and rain flap that snaps on. i will definitely be back on it again.
