I didn't buy it on Amazon, though I probably should have for $20. I bought it at Target for $39.99. I have been looking for a case since I bought my iPad 2 on March 11th and couldn't find anything I was looking for at Best Buy, and did numerous searches on Amazon and eBay (though this didn't show up because I was looking for one with a good review and this didn't have any review so this didn't show up on my search). This has a nice tough exterior and good amount of soft padding inside. I bought an iLuv flex gel here on Amazon to protect the backside of my iPad2 and it still fits nicely in the sleeve. My Incase included a cheap sturdy stand that I will probably be using temporarily. I like this case because of the material it is made of and also because it has a handle that makes it more convenient to carry my iPad2 around. I love the choice I made to get it and was glad I found it while browsing around Target!

This case could be perfect if; the side pocket had a zipper,magnet or Velcro closure.
iPad fit is a little tight because of the silicone protector I put on it.

Fit all my criteria for a carry sleeve for my ipad2 when away from home. Perfect fit, adequate protection, handles, outside pocket, and discreet look. My ipad2 with smart cover fits perfectly, not too big and not too tight. A 5 x 8 inch notepad (or similar papers) and pen fit in the outside pocket. Perfect for my needs. I love it!
