I would like to not give this product any stars. It tarnished after only 2 weeks and looks horrible. Warning: Unlike Amazon and most online retailers, Pugster does not pay for return shipping, even when the error is clearly their fault. Lesson learned.

I got this bracelet in the mail a few weeks ago, and because I had seen so many people wearing it I thought that it would be nice to own one myself. I wore it from the day that it arrived in the mail until a few days ago when it started to turn the grayish color it turns when a silver is not genuine. It was very disappointing as I had hoped to where it for a while. Though people do take theirs on and off I thought that maybe it'd be okay to wear everyday. Evidently not. The charm is still okay but I have to get a new bracelet to go with it now. Hopefully the next one wont turn gray on me.

This was a gift and I was disappointed in the product and embarrassed with it. I though it was are real Troll bracelet.

Well, I don't quite understand the negative reviews. The bracelet is sturdy, and heavy (in a good way), and looks nice. My mother's going to love it :)

THe bracelets look very good. They are not too expensive and make a nice gift. I like their locking mechanism better that the Pandor type.

This was a gift for my brother's fiance. She adored the silver and glass beads I put on this bracelet and I am happy that she loved it! This is a great way to fill up your existing Pandora bracelet or have an additional one or one if you do not have any. Such a great buy and such pretty beads!

I received this item a couple of weeks before Christmas. Excited because I had found a pandora-like starter bracelet for very cheap. I didn't expect it to be pandora quality, it was only $9. So when it broke before I even put charms on it I wasn't too surprised, only mildly disappointed. You get what you pay for! I got my moneys worth:-)

I like the pandora bracelet fine. It is a little big but works. I have found them cheaper lately on other sites though.I would purchase again if price comes down.

This item was given as a present for my mom for Christmas along with a hippo charm that was also purchased on Amazon. I was nervous about the product because of the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality of the bracelet it great and I would definitely recommend this item. One thing that I would suggest to anyone that would like to purchase it is to buy one slightly bigger than you need it since the Pandora charms will make the bracelet slightly smaller on your wrist.
