For what you pay, its an alright case. It doesn't attract as much lint as other rubber cases, and it's not hard to get in and out of a pocket. I would've liked a tighter fit around the iphone - dirt can easily get underneath the skin. It has raised edges in the front, so if the phone is placed on a surface with the screen-side down, the screen won't touch the surface. Its pretty thin, so you'll still have a smaller phone, but you won't have the impact protection.

I liked this so much I wore out the first one and got another. The fact that it comes with an excellent screen protector and stand for viewing movies all for under $20 makes it a great value. I have recommended this case to several Iphone owners. I like the feel and the way it stays where you put it without sliding around, especially in the car. The case also keeps in in my shirt pocket when I lean over. Nice engineering and kudos to Incipio.

This is a good case/cover for the money. It is very thin and doesn't add much bulk. The case does not prevent you from carrying the phone in your pocket. Also, I was able to put iPhone with this case/cover in a leather belt-case I own. I bought this case/cover to protect the back of the iPhone against scratches.

There is not much to the case. If you are looking to protect against scratches, this is perfect. If you are looking to protect from drops, this is not the case for you.

Another negative. I found this case/cover a little more succeptible to pocket lint than other cases I've used. Not a big deal and easy to brush off. Overall, I give this case 3 stars.

It feels like it has enough softness on the corners to protect my phone in the event of a drop.

It came with some kind of screen protector but I'm not using it. I protect the screen my taking care not to put keys/metal in the same pocket with my phone.

It does collect some lint from some of my pants, but taking it off and running it under water once a week makes it like new again.

This case is slim, adds minimal bulk, provides a very nice non-slip grip/feel, and makes the phone look very discrete and stealth... perfect for what i wanted. Only downside is the plastic screen protector is way too thick, i'd recommend purchasing a thinner skin/film-type screen protector. Now my iPhone 3G is ready for action! Highly recommended.

this case is great. it doesn't add much bulk to the phone and it is easy to remove and clean. after you have removed the phone :), just run some water over the case, and dry. also this case is nonslip. I left my husbands iphone on the trunk lid of our car and it was still there 5 miles up the road when we returned home. man i was lucky. we have had it for approx. 5 months and it has not lost its shape.

I previously ordered the DermaShot in two colors, and they were very different than the product I received this time around. The other two had nice hard backs that really saved my phone on multiple occasions (I drop the dang thing a lot) This time, the product did not come with a shell, and did not have the indents for it. Without that hard back, this thing is pretty pointless.

Edited to add that I think the cases I actually received were the Incipio SILICRYLIC V3, although they are listed on this site as the DermaShot. Those do come with the hard back that is pictured with this product. If you feel like taking a gamble, the colors that I ordered that time were light pink and olive green. The lavender is definitely the plain DermaShot, with no hard shell.

This was the first case I ever bought for my iphone and loved it...at first. The Inipio dermaSHOT case definately makes the iphone look cool, but it doesn't last long. The silicone is really flimsy and starts to stretch after about a week, therefore lint and dust gets under the case. I also dislike this case because once you keep it in your pocket for about an hour, it warms up and becomes even more flimsy and almost gummy bear-like.

If you want your iphone to look nice, then get this phone. If you want your 200 dollar iphone to be protected when you drop it, well, then keep on looking.

This is not a case that provides ultimate protection. But it gives the iPhone a more grippy surface and will protect against scuffs with minimal added bulk.

But this color sure is ugly. I don't know what I was thinking. I thought it would be something different and I guess it is that. I suggest sticking with black.

The case is nice - easy to slip on and off, but doesn't come off when you don't want it to. The only downside to the case is the fact that all of the bits from my pocket seem to stick to it. The screen protector was hard to get on cleanly so there are a few bits of lint permanently trapped under it along with small air pockets around the bits. The screen protector has scratched very easily and will probably have to be replaced every few months. The iPhone screen is pretty well-known for not getting scratched so you may want to just take it off.
