A friend lent me Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", which prompted me to get this book. It covers a lot of ground at a decently high level but is not well written. The authors dive into detail when more overview would have been appropriate, use very sketchy examples, and plop feel-good New-Agey quotes in the margins of most pages. The book also has an alarming number of typos, spelling errors, and cross-references that are off by a page or two, for something written by accountants. You'd think they would care about attention to detail, especially since this seems to be a major promotional piece for their very own services setting up corporations. Hm.

Aside from the terrible title and gaudy cover that made me feel guilty for buying it in the first place, this was actually a really good book. I read it in about two days, then immediately called my sister and ordered it for her. She owns a hair salon and will be using the information from this book to save money on her taxes every year. The book was informative, easy to follow, and will be good to reference in the future.

This book is designed for people who are already in bussiness and have capital.
Despite not being part of the audience the book was intended, im a college student, I learned a lot of things and now feel like I have a head start in bussiness!

Haven't finished the book yet so this is a partial review. I think the book is very insightful and is great for starting up a business the right way. I already have an account who cosigned with everything that was mentioned in the book. I think it's a good way to see the business side of things so that you protect your ASSets.

Like the previous comment, I expected much more when buying this book. The overall format is unattractive, sounds like a strange reason to discontinue reading, but that's exactly what i did. As I'm not a tax expert, I won't judge the content, but it's useless to me. Totally disappointing.
