It's finally here!, September 4, 2005
This review is from: Incorporated (Audio CD)
I heard this on KCRW and have been eagerly anticipating this release. The sitar on Way Out is amazing! This is what really should have happened to the Supreme Beings of Leisure's music. I highly recommend this album for all of your international spy-fantasy soundtracks. The Way Out remixes by Mike Hiratzka and Q-Burns Abstract Message are stellar. When The Daylight Comes is 60's era Bond girl chic. This is a great record.

Music to dance and seduce by..., April 28, 2006
This review is from: Incorporated (Audio CD)
This is one FUN cd -- witty and amusing, jazzy and jammin'!!!
The music swicthes up from being Latin-ish, Middle Eastsern-ish, hip hop-ish and Henry-Mancini-spy-spoof-ish. It's giggly, sexy, and fun -- something me and my girls can dance to before, during and after cocktails.
Jailyn's voice goes from liquid lounge to newly funky and it all fits. The sitar is FABULOUS in "Way out," the languid throng of "Love Robbery" is spell binding, and "In this life" is so playful it's impossible not to sing along.
And I love the sexy surfer groove of "Under my skin." I've never heard anything like that.
