I purchased this cd, and as soon I tried it, I was amazed. When I listen to it and relax, I can see vivid images, and my imagination is better than I would have ever thought possible. this cd does exactly what it says, it increases creativity, and I am living proof that it works, because I write music, and whenever I listen to this program it is much easier to create new songs. I also own at least 10 other brain sync cds, and this one is by far my favorite! The music on this cd is also what makes it so enjoyable.

This has to be my most often played CD. There's no doubt in my mind that I am in a more creative mindset as a result of listening to it. Sometimes I'm blocked and I pop it in to relax. As the block disolves, I can get to "work." Other times I'm in a mood to create something and I put it on in the background to keep me moving. Even if I'm typing papers for business or school and I want a little something "more" in them - I just pop in the CD and the papers just take off.

Becareful not to listen to this CD when you need to get housework done though - I notice that I have a tendency to start cleaning my office then end up with a paint brush in my hand instead of the dust rag.

As with any CDs of this type: You get out what you put into them. If you're open minded they work great. If you're skeptical try to be accepting to the notion that they do work and they will at least be of some help. Who knows, there might be a Picasso or a Monet lurking around inside of you.

While fibromyalgia may have little to do with the ability for this CD to increase one's creativity -- let me say that it's the best thing I have found for pain relief. If you know anyone who suffers on a daily basis from fibromyalgia they will benefit from receiving this as a gift.

I originally purchased it to help me with creativity, but have found that on my most painful days -- that would be roughly 5 out of 7 days, this CD buys me instant relaxation and helps to override the pain signals with a calm, peaceful feeling.

It's also helps me to relax during meditation, but mostly I play it while attempting to sit at my desk and work. Eventually the music overrides the pain and helps me to buy a few more hours of my day. It is a blessing and I thank Kelly Howell for creating something that is beautiful and beneficial.

Love it; even listen to it at work in the afternoon when feeling tired; it wakes me up! I feel this works and I especially like to listen to it while doing art work; it helps!

I have purchased Increase Creativity a week ago in a hope to 'increase my creativity', like the title said it would do. I am not going to lie; it DID work when I tried it. I had many creative ideas flow into my head alot more than before and the music was nice-
-well...sort of...

The music is a buzz with an electric current buzzing by every ten-fifteen seconds. The current actually made my ears buzz and my head feel numb, which was not very relaxing in my opinion. I have never felt spaced-out before in my life before I listened to this.

The real reason why I returned this, and another cd called Brain Power, is because, overnight, I had a revelation within myself that was so profound, it was rediculous.

The reson why I WASN'T CREATIVE, was due to MY OWN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT CREATIVITY. I felt like I was not creative, and, thus, when I FELT and THOUGHT that I was not creative, then it manefested and BECAME TRUE. My writing blocks grew more and more as I felt like I couldn't write anything good or original. I became sad, depressed, and fustrated.

I felt like the ONLY way to solve this block or this negative feeling was to look for inspirational books or calming cds to help me.

But when I did so, the only thing that I was helping was the companies that sold them.

Not me.

I learned that creativity and inspiration comes from yourself, not from outside sources.

We get so discouraged so many times in this life we have.

We feel like we need help from somebody else to help ourselves.

It is the opposite.

In order to be fully satisfied with oneself, we need to look WITHIN OURSELVES and find the solution to our problems. And this problem lies not just with creativity, but with other aspects of our lives that are not going so well -money, relationships,health...

The cd or book does not make you feel better -it is YOU who makes YOURSELF feel better!

What does that tell you?

It means that any problem that you have...any block you have in life...can be overcome with the power of positve thinking and belive in yourself.

We have heard all those old sayings over and over and over again : "Belive and anything is possible." "Work hard." "Smile." "Kindness is never a small act." "Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars."

Yet, we do not take the time to let those powerful, beautiful, inspirational words reach our hearts.

We NEED, as a society, not to be dependant on services to make ourselves happy. Because happiness and success come from within. All the answers you want to know, you already know.

I'm an artist, and admittedly, very lazy. I need a push, and I was hoping this CD would do it. Although I've become more 'creative' in ideas, I have yet to actually become more creative in the active sense.

Very similar to many other products out there. Basically seems to work by facilitating a state of relaxation and openess, just like meditation.
