This review is from: Increasing Speed: Troubleshooting Tips and Drills for Increasing Pitching Velocity [VHS] (VHS Tape)
A solid instructional video in Parker fashion, but if you have his basic and/or troubleshooting tapes, this one covers the same stuff. The only new discussion was regarding weighted balls.

This tape contains the same distance pitching drill, rubber band around your waist drill, walking drill, wrist snap drill, etc. that his previous tapes cover. He does discuss the necessity to continue working on your fastball after you start to develop your other pitches so you don't lose speed.

As far as the weighted ball information, if you buy a set of balls, they all come with instructions.

5.0 out of 5 stars Increasing Speed, May 23, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Increasing Speed: Troubleshooting Tips and Drills for Increasing Pitching Velocity [VHS] (VHS Tape)
People who say speed doesn't matter are full of beans. My daughter went from throwing at 42 mph to around 50 mph. Batters are swinging at air against her now. The improvement was incredible! I highly recommend this video

4.0 out of 5 stars Increasing Speed:Troubleshooting tips and drills for increasing pitching velocity, June 23, 2009
This product was very useful. Helped my 12 year old with some great tips to get the softball over the plate a lot quicker. She hardly walks anyone now.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, March 16, 2007
This video is interesting really breaks down certain pieces. Would've liked for him to go over a few things more in detail. Also didn't like the way it openned with if your a Dad trying to help your daughter? There are a lot of Mom's trying to help their daughters pitch. Overall I would recommend it as a little league coach.
