About the Author

Jessie Jamie Coleman, a native Chicagoan, turned her private hobby of journaling into a successful public career as a novelist, screenwriter and freelance writer. She has been interviewed on several radio programs, such as ABC Radio Networks and WTMX Vantage Point and featured in several newspapers such as THE POST TRIBUNE and THE CHICAGO CRUSADER. Combining her passion for books, movies and psychology, Jessie has authored dozens of fictitious tales, which feature a signature cast of eccentric and larger-than-life characters. In the summer of 2006, her book, SEX ON THE SIDE, a deliriously funny romantic comedy with a twist, debuted with glowing acclaim from The Midwest Book Review. In addition to her writing accomplishments, Jessie is a much sought-after speaker, sharing her knowledge of the Craft of Screenwriting and Writing Dynamics with Chicagoland audiences. Jessie also hosts a monthly personal growth book club for women based out of Chicago.
