This cookbook is glorious. The food tastes great and is easy to prepare, with ingredients that are within the reach of anyone with a decent grocery store nearby. Best of all, it proves that lowfat cooking needn't be boring and bland and poorly textured. We cook out of this book every month, and each recipe we've made has been wonderful. Buy this book if you love to cook!

Chef Jean-Pierre's Incredible Cuisine is my favorite cookbook since it is easy to follow and the results are incredible. With over 100 pictures, you can't help but get drawn into some of the most beautifully presented suggestions for cooking seafood, appetizers, soups, meats, poultry and desserts. The sweet potato mash, pumpkin cheescake and brocolli pesto-phyllo pizza are unbelievable! I have tried many of the recipes and given this book as a gift to many of my friends. There are also many suggestions for low fat cooking. It's a winner and should be part of any cook's repertoire. The passion for cooking of the author shines through every page.

This book is the next best thing to meeting Jean-Pierre and enjoying dinner at the Left Bank in Ft. Lauderdale. Jean-Pierre presents a review of basic techniques that can dramatically change how you cook and his recipes bring true cuisine back to family dinners. I'd recommend the book to everyone just as emphatically as I would recommend a dinner at the restaurant AND a cooking class with Jean-Pierre. It's un-beh-lev-able!
