Editorial Reviews

Review

A very helpful volume...even the small music collection will benefit from this directory.

(American Reference Books Annual )

An essential for most reference collections. (Reference and Research Book News )

Bull's indexes are easy to use...the almost-6000 new names that are included will make this an important source for any sizable music collection. (Com Notis Variorum )

The almost 6,000 new names included in this index will make Bull's 1987 publication an important source for any reference department handling music-related questions. (Rq )

A long-awaited update to and continuation of his earlier volumes...recommended for libraries with large music collections.
