5.0 out of 5 stars A superb book for those with interested in the Magickal Arts, October 23, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Index to The grimoirium verium [sic]: (1994 Trident Press version of the 1517 edition)
Grimoirium Verum is a fantastic work, as wonderful for the information contained therein, as for the style in which it is presented - an Elizabethan styling. The text is beautifully set, and the Magickal experiments described are powerful. This is however an extremely complicated book, and must be read carefully for the best results.

4.0 out of 5 stars Old grimoire of old magick, and a good on too..., July 12, 1999
This review is from: Index to The grimoirium verium [sic]: (1994 Trident Press version of the 1517 edition)
I read this book a few times now. The book covers many topics and resembles the Key of Solomon in many ways, although touches a more "blackish" aspect of magick - blood, sacrifices, heads of men, fat of thine enemy, etc. Yet a very good book for the practitioner. This is no modern-newage grimoire, but the real deal from medieval magickians. Read this one to learn more about the old ceremonial magic(k).

Later, Or.
