4.0 out of 5 stars Highly Absorbing
I loved this book. The plot continues to thicken with each chapter, and you keep learning new details which make you want to keep reading. Very hard to put down. The description of India is highly realistic, although I've never been, by reading this story I felt as if I really were inside India. A beautiful, climactic story that keeps you guessing untill the end.

3.0 out of 5 stars A JOURNEY out of the norm
I read this book about a week ago and found it to be fascinating! I couldn't put it down. I've traveled near the Indian border in Nepal and found the descriptions to be true and transport me back to my travels and out of my couch. I read this book about a week ago and found it to be fascinating! I couldn't put it down. I've traveled near the Indian border in Nepal and found the descriptions to be true and transport me back to my travels and out of my couch. The book may jump around a bit too much from scene & time, but when you sort through and get it all lined up, it is an interesting story. Entertaining, self-searching, romantic, foreign and revealing, it is a journey into the hearts of others and your own... for what more could you really ask? It is not my favorite story, but truly a good read if you have the time. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.
