Format: Hardcover
I ordered this book after reading article in NY TIMES([...]l) regarding Homai Vyarawalla. I was entranced by this book. Each photograph meant something to me. If you are interested in delight and treat of India between 1946-1980. You have to see India through Homai's eyes. I was wondering how was she so successful being woman and Parsi(Minority). This book does a great job in educating me regarding Photography, Women in India during that period, History. This book will be on my shelf for years and I am sure I will be thinking about Homai and India all along. Thank you Sabeena for opening up an amazing world of Ms Homai. Love this book.
