I think this salt is very good----------but the packaging and shipping is a constant problem.

The first shipment came in a box with a tin of peanuts....the tin had rolled around tearing the bags...and my salt was all over the place..However when I called AMAZON---they immediately sent me new bags.Problem was they were received damaged as well !! I didn't call this time,,,because I now realize that the problem was on the manufactures end--- NOT AMAZONS...so I am sure INDIA TREE will attempt to solve the issue next time they order new bags.

In my first shipment, two of three bags were completely broken and therefore the salt was rattling around in the box. This left me with one bag. When I contacted customer service they sent me another three. This time all three had dime size holes in the top of them. Some was still in the bag, but would you want to eat something that did not come sealed? Customer service was great again, refunding my money so I can buy another brand of salt. Packaging needs to be reassessed if they are going to continue to ship this item.

It's really hard to mess this stuff up. But, the one thing I got to say is, Great Value!!

This is a value that is worth the money. I like the courseness of the salt, I use it in my grinder and I think its a great deal for my money.

This salt has great flavor and is mellower (less biter) than other salts that I have had, even other sea salts. Would highly recommend.

This salt works great in my grinder and is yummy. I had no problems with the package; all the salt was contained. A great price for the amount of salt. I'm quite pleased.

This sea salt is excellent. Excellent taste. Excellent texture. One bag was damaged, but Amazon customer service replaced the damaged bag with next day delivery. Two thumbs up for product quality and customer service.

I wanted salt coarse enough to put into my OXO salt grinder. The kinds at the store were all too fine. This is perfect.

Arrived intact despite other reviews of ripped bags. Seems like good stuff and certainly make economic sense.

This item comes securely packaged in three separate bags. The quality is a good value for the price.
