I love India Tree sugars. Their colors are vibrant and the size of their sparkling sugar crystals are nice, big & chunky. I have many colors but noticed that the red sugar has no sparkle. It's very flat looking. I emailed India Tree directly to ask them why. They explained that there is a certain ingredient that they must use in the red sugar that causes this flat look. I guess it's unavoidable in the way they process it. I still use my red sugar but I do miss the sparkle that the other colors have.

The containers of 2 that they sell on Amazon are an amazing deal!! If 2 huge containers like this are just too much for you, then split it with a friend. It's awesome quality sugar and a super good deal.
