As a young child, this entire series was read aloud to me by countless teachers, parents and friends. I was always captivated by the magical story, and I listened closely every time. This is a good book about Omri and his toy indian. His indian turns to real life when he puts it into a cuboard and his indian comes to life. He has to keep it a secret. To find out how ou have to buy the book.

It was Omri's birthday and his parents gave him a cupboard and a key. What Omri doesn't know is that this cupboard holds a great secret. This secret becomes too hard to bear for Omri when it' s spread all over his school.
