My mission is to learn as much as possible about the formation of our country, the United States of America. Certainly, the Civil War is a piece of its histroy that matches no other. For insight into the involvement of Indiana in this horrific war read Indiana In the Civil War Era. Hopefully knowlegdge into the "whys" of this time period will guide us to avert such human tragedy.
