I had read recommendations to look for Edwin Tunis books and bought this one. I am not disappointed! This is an informative, interesting book with many wonderful detailed drawings.

This is an excellent comprehensive book covering the main tribes of Native Americans, their lives, customs, beliefs, tools, weapons, clothing and shelter. The illustrations are outstanding. I would definitely recommend this book. It is great to see the similarities and the differences between tribes.
