5.0 out of 5 stars Masters at Magic
If you like Dr L Subramaniam, there's no way you'll have a problem with this one. It's best listened in a quiet environment, evening time, dim lights. 3.0 out of 5 stars Live concert
The music is not bad, if you like L. Subramaniam's music at all. What wasn't advertised that this is a Live concert, which I personally don't like much (those clapping really destroy flowing of music). Sound isn't perfect, but considering it was recorded in 1986, it's fine.

Let the magic of the Raga soothe you and infuse peace into your soul. The composition played by the Doctor is wonderful; and the Tabla seems to have a mind of its own under the masterful guidance of Alla Rakha (the Tabla solo is unbeatable!). A beautiful combination of elegant Carnatic mysticism and the earthiness of Hindustani Tabla-tracks.
