Masters at Magic,

If you like Dr L Subramaniam, there's no way you'll have a problem with this one. It's best listened in a quiet environment, evening time, dim lights. Let the magic of the Raga soothe you and infuse peace into your soul. The composition played by the Doctor is wonderful; and the Tabla seems to have a mind of its own under the masterful guidance of Alla Rakha (the Tabla solo is unbeatable!). A beautiful combination of elegant Carnatic mysticism and the earthiness of Hindustani Tabla-tracks.

The music is not bad, if you like L. Subramaniam's music at all. What wasn't advertised that this is a Live concert, which I personally don't like much (those clapping really destroy flowing of music). Sound isn't perfect, but considering it was recorded in 1986, it's fine.
