This book sheds some light about the findings in research when it comes to happiness and how much we really can influence our happiness level. It points to interesting differences between happy people and non-happy people that I wasn't aware of. Now I have a clearer understanding of why it is so important to focus on happiness and trying to make every effort to bring more happiness into my own life.

I particularly liked a few of the happinessboosters in the fun part of the book. There were a few I hadn't thought ofbefore, and now I'm going to try them.

If you haven't given your own happiness levelmuch thought, this book will probably wake you up.

For the price this is an excellent buy! Knowing that one of the top 5 regrets people have on their deathbeds is that they didn't allow themselves to be happier throughout their lives, makes getting this book a no-brainer! Happiness is a choice, and this book outlines many great fun ways to help you make that choice yourself! I loved it, and I've read many other books on the subject. It was great to read something a little outside of the mainstream of "Happiness" literature. A different and fun perspective! Highly recommended, easy to read!

Unni Marie Berg is a CTI educated Life Coach (2003) and has studied psychology at the University of Oslo, Norway.

She has written several books, both fiction and non-fiction, published in Norway. She is also responsible for creating an audio program about dating, also in Norwegian.

Background:
Unni Marie Berg has a diverse background as an entrepreneur - from running a publishing company to doing custom draperies - from running a single's club to life coaching. She has been an adventurer all her life and her curiosity has brought her to live abroad in different countries for periods of time.

She has settled on a tiny island in the Bahamas, where she is happily married and living a simple, peaceful life following her dream; writing and helping other people reach their dreams.
