My new 7th grader was anxious about the first day of Middle School and was having a harder than usual time going to sleep. Once it occurred to me I should, I put Indigo Dreams in the CD player and 5 minutes later she was into a deep sleep. As a mother of three girls ages 7, 9 and 10, as well as a full time Kids Activity Camp Supervisor of 80 kids
ages 5-12 to say I love this series is an understatement. I am constantly recommending it to parents to help their kids take some down time. I am a Parent/Child Pilates Instructor and know the importance of kids taking time to rejuvenate their minds body and soul.

I just finished listening to her newest CD, Indigo Dreams:Kids Relaxation Music Decreasing Stress, Anxiety and Anger, improve sleep, it is amazing!!!
Thanks for your help in assisting my girls to rest and get good sleep each night!!!

PS These are extremely helpful with the start of school coming...my girls are always nervous and the CDs help them to relax so that they get good a nights sleep before the big day!! :-)

I purchased this CD for my grandchildren (ages 4 and 5) to help them fall asleep when they come for overnight visits. Even though I listened to the samples, I was not prepared for the annoying, electronic, one-note background. Listen carefully to the samples, then imagine that high-pitched single note droning on and on and on. It detracted from the other sounds on each track. It was like fingernails on the chalkboard. I am not a fan of electronic music, but the grandkids did not like it, either. They prefer listening to Rainforest by Fisher-Price or Garden of Serenity by David and Steve Gordon. Rainforest is soothing and musical. Ideal for playing at low volumn. Garden of Serenity is electronic, but sounds like flutes and chimes and water. I love this CD. It is so relaxing. Even though it's geared for adults, it appeals to all ages.

I regret purchasing Indigo Dreams. It was not what I expected.

I bought this CD for my grandchildren to help calm them in stressful situations and anytime they might need some down time. Or I might! :)
I put it on to play and within minutes they were quiet and within a couple of tracks they were both fast asleep!
They didn't hear the end of the CD at that point so I had to play it again for them when they woke up so they could hear the whole thing! :)
They love it and so do I, it relaxes me too!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Janet I am a Registered Nurse for NY/NJ. I have 3 children of various ages..25,17,11. My daughter is the youngest she will be 12 in Sept. I am writing this review because my daughter has surprised me. Natlie, my daughter, has been listening to Indigo Ocean Dreams for years. This CD is what relaxes her at the end of her active day. Natalie is an athletic,friendly child who is a good student. We recently purchase the new CD from this company.Indigo Dreams relaxation music CD. My daughter really enjoys this cd. This cd has inspired her. Now she has turned my backyard into s body spa! I was smiling when I first saw this. Teenage girls have many issues to deal with that are new and part of growing up. Teenage girls PMS way before parents want to admit! they have peer issues, physical appearance issues, homework sports to name a few things on their minds..When I first saw her setting up her mini spa I thought wow what a good idea for her and her friends. This is a good because it shows girls cooperating and supporting eachother. As she is setting up The CD was playing loudly in the backyard and all 4 of the girls were listening to the music and smiling and setting up their spa. After set-up they started taking turns giving eachother facials! So nice to see..I recommend this CD to all teenage girls..it definitely was a positive addition to my daughters cd collection!!

I just want to chime in about the love of this cd. I bought it for my 4 1/2 year old son to help relax at night. We've had a new baby in our family and I've noticed him more easily upset and irritated in the evening time. When we start his bedtime routing (reading books), we also start the cd. We leave his room at about 30 min. in, and he is out by the end of the cd. We can see him relax after the stories and before we leave. I also enjoy the cd. I'm glad I got it, I wasn't sure what to expect, exactly. He also has twilight sea turtle, and it's just quite cozy feeling in his room at bedtime now.
