Indirect Grilling I just bought a Q220 and everything is fine so far for the steaks, burgers, fish filets etc. But I also have a Weber kettle grill(Charcoal) where I have mostly done indirect grilling of roasts etc. I can't do that any more because of complaints of smoke(I'm in an apartment). So my question is simply - how can I do indirect grilling on the q220, since there's only one burner? Please help! Thanks!

This is why I was going to look at the larger Weber Q300 - anybody have an answer for this? Indirect grilling is why I wouldn't purchase a grill without at least 2 burners.

Indirect is easy on the Q220 or any Q model. This is one of Weber's videos on how to do it: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6T5cXMZbh9c&feature=plcp
