Indirect Grilling I just bought a Q220 and everything is fine so far for the steaks, burgers, fish filets etc. But I also have a Weber kettle grill(Charcoal) where I have mostly done indirect grilling of roasts etc. I can't do that any more because of complaints of smoke(I'm in an apartment). So my question is simply - how can I do indirect grilling on the q220, since there's only one burner? Please help! Thanks!
