This review is from: The Indispensable Health Care Manager: Success Strategies for a Changing Environment (The Jossey-Bass Health Series) (Hardcover)
This is actually a good book to read in your last semester of college or if you have a lot of group projects to complete. Not a good idea to use this book as a tool for lecture unless it was a communications class. But not for public health. Overall it's an excellent book easy read and I think it prepares you for communicating in the workforce and how to conduct yourself in a professional manner as a manager or supervisor or co-worker.
