I had no problems installing and running the program. It teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced topics with dialogs and examples you follow through. There's an index and glossary you can use to look-up specific topics and you can review any chapter or lesson you wish. The only issue that stopped me from giving this product five stars is that it does not have a test or practice problems after the lessons. It does ask five questions at the end of each lesson but they're simple questions. Nothing to really test your knowledge. Otherwise, this is a great product to learn Office 2003 at your own pace.

I have used Office 2003 for several years but never knew certain features that makes it so powerful. The Professor Teaches Office 2003 is especially helpful to a beginner but allows individuals with day to day basic experience add to their ability to make the product work for them.

Very good software and easy to navigate, certainly an additional teaching aid to Students taking exams using Office 2003

I am over 50 and I love the Professor products. I have always been one who wants to walk through the ideas instead of just being told. This product does exactly that.

What can I say? Listen to a boring teacher going at a snail's pace or using this interactive software taking your time--or not-- to learn about Office 2010 and Windows 7? I really feel I got my money's worth with this product.

I have been using this to refresh and learn some things that maybe I did not know about my software. I am learning a few things, but find this really hard to work through. Over-all not too impressed. I think maybe it is just the format of how they go through the information. I would like to see more highlighted and direction to keep you focused.

Mostly very good. Would recommend it. One must really practice the lessons and try to figure out the program.

Can't even really review this product because I found out that it DOES NOT work with Vista. Totally disappointed!! Too bad they don't tell you that before you buy it.
