The Audio is absolutely terrible. bad features, do not buy this product no matter how cheap you find it

Here's the review in brief: Don't buy this product. Spend another twenty dollars and get something that works. I bought it at Office Depot to take advantage of a coupon that, oddly, didn't cover software, so I got doubly screwed.

I couldn't get either DVD to play in my set top DVD but one (DVD+R) did work on my computer. The transitions have to be set for the entire show and not for each slide but it doesn't matter if they won't play to the TV via the set top DVD.

I really should have known better but I thought, hell, if this works for $[...] bucks I'll be quite happy. I'm not happy.

Trying to slow down the writing speed is a moot point as the drop down menu has one speed, "AUTO". Why have a drop down menu with ONE choice? Geez...

Don't buy anything from this company. May as well throw your money in the garbage. They say they are very customer friendly...just try to get any tech help! The only reason there is one star is becaused I clicked it by mistake and couldn't get rid of it. No stars!

I bought this a Office Depot, but want to warn others about the product. Could not get vital features to work, such as individual slide duration. Arcsoft does not support it, although they apparently wrote it. Individual software is the current supplier of the software, has a really clunky site, and probably not worth the effort to navigate it to get technical support.

The very basic features seem to work, but I nave decided to pay a bit more, and get a more robust product.

The bottom line is that many of the "features" of this product do not work (or at least I could not make them work). For example, I could not get the audio to work correctly.

I am have used this product for several years and have done slide shows for graduations, birthdays, vacations and other extra special events. I have found it to be an easy to use product that gives excellent results. If you take some time to learn how to use the software correctly you will be rewarded with fantastic slide shows.
