lab created gems cleaner than real,

Lab created gems are the same crystaline structure as "real" and experts often can only distinguish the difference because the created gem lack the inclusions and flaws that many real gems have. Structurally...color, hardness,refractive ability etc. the created gems are the same if not stronger than real. Flaws and inclusions can fracture real gems. If beauty is your goal...not investment, then created gems are a good choice for jewelry. Many real stones are hard to find in larger sizes without severe flaws.
This set is beautiful and was bought for pleasure not investment and was a good buy. |
