Indo Original Training Package - Yin Yang

Well, I haven't broken anything (yet) in either my body or in the room in which I work out! At first, I thought it was harder than Chinese Algebra but everything was okay within a week. It'll take me some time to be able to pull off some of the tricks that can be seen on the video but I'm hoping the payoff will be when I hit the waves. Lots of fun and improvement can be surprisingly quick! Love my Indo Board!

Was looking for something that could help me maintain my balance during the off season. The Indo board is really fun to use. I find myself using it all the time.
Caution though, if you fall.. it can be spectacular, just ask my wife!

I agonized for some time about whether to get the Original Indo Board or the Indo Rocker plus an IndoFlo cushion, and decided that I'd prefer the original training package, because of the cleats at the end of the board and the cost difference at the time (plus the brighter paint job was nice, too).

While the Rocker has "curved edges that slow you down naturally" it is apparent that the roller could still eject you pretty hard if you are not careful, and the original will still throw you. (That roller thing is sketchy if you are not used to it - definitely use outside on grass the first few times!) Anyways, I'm not using this thing for the tricks, I'm using it for balance training.

Given that the Rocker + an IndoFlo cushion currently costs the same amount as the Original Training Package, you could go either way with which one you choose to purchase... If I buy another board, by itself, I might consider the Rocker as I already have the balance cushion and a little more experience.

I have an exercise routine based around selections from user videos online, and I will also balance while playing video games or watching TV, which can really get your calves burning after while. Not much in the way of a cardio workout, but it helps to trim and tone the rest of you.

The IndoFlo Cushion is not as dangerous, but definitely challenging when fully inflated. Less experienced users can deflate for more stability as well.

Roller is great for pushups and modified lunges even without the having aptitude to balance on it normally. Fully balancing on the roller will really test your core.
