Not a Cookbook, more of an Artbook,

This review is from: Indochine: Stories, Shaken and Stirred (Hardcover)
Indonchine is an amazing NY restaurant. I was hoping this was more of a cookbook, and/or theory-behind-the-restaurant book, but sadly it is not. It's a picture book, with not so great pictures in haphazardly organized fashion. More style over substance. However, that being said, there are two pages of key recipes and cocktail recipes that save it in the end. If you have ever had their signature house martini - you will understand why these last two pages make the book purchase worthwhile.
