We couldn't find rack like this in stores, for some reason they only sell crappy wooden ones that break easily. This one is very sturdy and can fit a lot of clothes to dry, it's also easy to fold it and store when it's not used. I could fit almost 2 loads of whashing on it at once!

I am thrilled to finally find a clothes drying rack like this. I have been looking for a replacement for my previous one (on which the vinyl coating was chipping off) for over 5 years! I haven't liked the size or shape of others I've seen, but this is even better than the one I used to have. My husband and sons are all over 6' tall, and this rack is up to the task of hanging their jeans on it.

I've been using it for a few weeks, and am extremely happy with it. It's sturdy enough to remain on the patio during windy days, wide enough to fit my husband's L size T-shirts (I am happy that I got this one, not "Polder Dry-4030-75 Collapsible Indoor/Outdoor Y Dryer, Stainless Steel" also sold by amazon, since Polder is either 2 or 7 inches more narrow, which would be uncomfortable).
We keep this thing on the patio, and hang on it not only our laundry, but also towels after pool, yoga towels after exercising, gym/jogging clothes (not throw them wet into the laundry bin).

Was looking for a dryer for a while and glad I did my research and read the reviews...... this dryer is awesome!! It's sturdy and works well inside as well as outside. It has lots of space lower down for socks etc, which most dryers don't. When opened up, you cant fit loads of laundry on it. Folds up flat for easy storage.

This is the second rack I ordered through Amazon. The first one arrived in a broken box and was in such terrible shape that I had to return it. This one is excellent. It's easy to set up and has a variety of settings. I especially appreciate the rubber feet. This rack is better than other comparable ones I have used or seen. If you need a rack, you will be happy with this one!

the indoor clothes drier Y Airer Rack, 79' was better constructed than I expected. My son likes to air dry his jeans and was forever draping them over my doors driving me crazy. Now he's happy, I'm happy. It was also super easy to set up and adjust. Wishing I'd thought to buy one sooner.

This product works great, it folds down nicely for easy storage, portable so I can place it anywhere (even outside when it's nice). Has held up to 15 sweatshirts at one time with no signs of becoming unstable!

I've been using clothes lines plus laundry drying racks on a weekly basis for over 25 years (in my new subdivision clothes lines aren't even allowed, so I bought two of these to make up for the loss of my old outdoor laundry line.) My old dryer rack, which, though a bit more lightweight than I would have liked, had a great design that gave me long wide areas to hang/drape lots of laundry with ample spacing. After years of service, it finally broke. I purchased the Moerman Y-Airer 79' Folding Laundry Drying Rack last month as a replacement, and I am extremely pleased with my choice. It has all the benefits of my old dryer, and is even sturdier and quicker to set up. When folded, it fits easily in my closet, pressed between the wall and my hanging clothing.

I disagree with other reviewers stating XL t-shirts and such must be scrunched to fit on the tines - my husband's extra large sized clothing *just* fit without scrunching, so no problem with creases or wrinkling. Even the thick tines leave barely a mark where the clothes are folded over them, and I simply smooth that area with my hand after drying and the marks virtually disappear - no ironing/steaming needed!

The rack holds two large wash loads with ease. It took a little practice learning to load the rack to best advantage, especially the lower bars/lines, but I got the knack of it and can have it loaded up in minutes now. The spacing is really good, nothing actually touches, allowing ventilation to speed drying time, and also keeping any one item from sharing its dye color with a neighboring item. It's also a bit taller than most of the other indoor dryers I researched, making it great for hanging larger items without them dragging. The shipping/packaging was also without problem - my dryer arrived quickly and intact - it was packaged in a heavy shrink wrap, then boxed. Of all household chores, I like doing laundry best, and this product just made laundry days even better.

This rack is of nice quality. It is sturdy and folds nicely and easily but the design is not the best. The rods in the middle are too tight and not easily accessible from the "outside" therefore making it cumbersome to hang clothes toward the middle.

Product works just as it should. It's light, compact and can hold a ton of clothes.
It could be a bit more sturdy, but for the money, you can't go wrong. It's an excellent
value and I would not hesitate to recommend buying this.
