As a condo owner, we cannot have a gas or charcoal grill due to fire laws. So I really missed my grill, so I took a chance and bought this grill. Although there are bigger grills out there, this one simply works GREAT! And the "flavor enhancer" (which to me works like a mini smoker) really is a great feature. Cooks steaks, burgers, pork, etc. ALMOST as good as gas grills. Only slight drawback is that it DOES produce some smoke in the kitchen. But to me, it's worth it to get a great grill.

We always had problems with the heating control and the connection of the prongs. Before long it stopped working no matter how we manipulated it. When it works, it's great, but most of the time it's a frustrating piece of junk because of the poor connectivity.

Have had this grill for a few months and really appreciate its' versatility. No problems with connectivity. Put it right in the dishwasher to clean. Great product!

I am disappointed in the lid. It seems like a after thought. It just sits on the grill and has very litte depth. No track or support for the lid.

The unit itself is nicely designed and easy to clean however, the connection does not hold. On our second time to use the grill we waited and waited on our hamburgers then realized the power was not getting to the unit the connection goes in and out. We are in the process of sending the unit back for a refund. With the connection being so sensitive I wouldn't try it again.

It keeps on turning off without reaching the preset temperature. During the entire grilling process, I have to stand next to the grill and play with the heating element and the electrical connector everytime it turns off.

Nicest thing I can say about this grill is that it SUCKS! SUCKS! SUCKS! Crapped out on me halfway through the first use. Sending it back tomorrow for a full refund. The accessory plug does not hold, hard to insert and falls out. Looking at the reviews it seems others have had the same problem. Don't waste your time or money. You will get better results grilling your steak with a cigarette lighter.

I have to admit I was skeptical of an indoor grill. This one is awesome! We don't eat red meat, so I can't speak for how it does with beef, pork, etc, but it gets hot enough to sear chicken, and with the lid, it cooks food fast and evenly. I made chicken fajita's for family, and they couldn't tell the difference between using our outdoor gas grill and this DeLonghi indoor grill. Cleans easily with a little liquid dish soap and a nail brush. Great product.

This grill was given as a Christmas gift for parents living in an elderly apartment complex. They cannot have outdoor grills but they were extremely happy with receiving the DeLonghi Indoor Grill as they have missed grilling food. As of this posting, it's been less than a week since the holiday, so they have not yet used the grill.
