Some Good Recipes,

I'm not that big a fan of indoor grilling, but sometimes it's the only kind available, and this book provides a few tips on preparing the indoor grill or broiler. It also provides recipes for poultry, seafood, meat, and side dishes on the indoor grill. I like the grilling sauces and marinades (recipes provided).
