Then you're just like me. Congrats. These lightbulbs screw in, turn on, and work just fine. If you're like me in other ways, you should verify you need the 3 3/4" diameter bulbs before pulling the trigger on this purchase. I actually ended up needing slightly larger bulbs but I can't blame Amazon for my incompetence.
