This review is from: Indulge (Harlequin Blaze) (Mass Market Paperback)
Mercedes Estevez is the owner of Indulge, a very successful day spa. On Mondays Mercedes meets with her friends in The Sisters of the Booty Call. The group of women put cards with names of men they have met but did not hit it off with so someone else can have the opportunity to meet a good man. Mercedes pulls out Dennis McClary's card. Mercedes dated Dennis and put his name in because although she liked him, but they are very different and she doesn't think things could work between them. When Mercedes finds herself needing Dennis's help as a lawyer, she begins to wonder if fate is playing a role.
Dennis is surprised and excited to hear from Mercedes again. They had a spectacular relationship for three months then Mercedes dumped him. It was a bad break up and Dennis is determined to do things his way now that he will be around her again. Along with her business and her relationship with Dennis, Mercedes decides to help Dennis' assistant Camilla change her appearance using her talents with make-overs.
Dennis discovers that it's going to take more than hot sex to convince Mercedes they have what it takes to make it this time.
Indulge is sexy story with a lot of heart. Dennis' charm and Mercedes beauty and intelligence make them very likeable characters. Camilla is a delight. She is a sweet, shy girl who blossoms and finds her own true love with a little help from Mercedes. Indulge is a very good story with passion, tenderness and touching happily ever-afters.

Inane, December 4, 2010
Indulge is not a title I would give this book - it has the most inane, boring storyline - the two main characters are sexually attracted and have sex every opportunity they get, this becomes pretty repetitive after awhile and I found myself skipping pages to see if it got any better. The scenes without sex also have little to capture the readers attention. Even the characters are pathetically predictable. There was nothing in this book to capture the readers attention. One star from me - I couldn't even finish reading it - too boring.
