Bad book, if it is 20 dollars than it is OK, but the price is much higher.

VERY BASIC,

GOOD OVERALL UNDERSTANDING BOOK, MAYBE MANAGERS WOULD FIND USE BUT NOT ANYONE WORKING IN THE FIELD FOR MORE THAN 2-3 WEEKS.
