5.0 out of 5 stars Love my dog!
What a great set of cookie cutters for dogs. I loved this so much when it arrived that I purchased another for a friend. The cutters are a good size for big or small dogs.

Washed cookie cutters when I received, soaked them in hot soapy water to remove the UPC tags. The cookie cutters started to rust.

This product worked well with several different dog biscuit recipes that we tried. We used it to make doggie Christmas gifts. We enjoyed having the different size cutters so that we could make big biscuits for big dogs, little biscuits for little dogs, etc.

This is a VERY cute set of dog cookie cutters! I have dogs with allergies and was looking for cutters to make homemade treats with and these are GREAT! The different sizes come in handy for training treats as well as good size shapes for a real treat!

I recently used the cookie cutters to make sugar cookies for one of our dogs 1st birthday party (cookies for the people at the party, not the dogs). They were adorable! I iced them and outlined them for more detail.

I ALSO used them to trace the shapes and put them in a scrapbook page and treat bag tags!

I would suggest to hand wash these and dry right away.

Great deal, fast shipping and have already told others where to get them!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Gift.....Family Fun.....Free Recipes!, January 10, 2010
This review is from: R & M Industries 1947 Dog Bone Cookie Cutters, Set of 7 (Kitchen)
I bought this set of cookie cutters for one of my neighbor families just this past Christmas. They have a dog that the whole bunch of them slobbers over, as well as actually possessing more personality than some of the other relatives they are forced to endure over the holidays. (According to them mind you, not me). Since they have a small collection of youngins' in the family, I thought that this cutter set would be good winter fun for them. Well although its been only a couple of weeks since the holidays ended, the early feedback from them has been most positive. I included a couple of home made dog treat recipes with my gift, and according to them have had a ball baking and cutting out the various bow wow shapes and spoiling the dog. (For a free site with dozens of great home made dog recipes and treats of all kinds, write to me. Amazon deletes the site if I include it here in the review. It's loaded with not just cookie recipies, but meat meals as well).

I highly recommend this reasonably priced set of canine cookie cutters in various doggy favorite shapes. It's fun for the whole family and your dog will of course love you for it...

These cookie cutters are delightfull, and well made too. Have enjoyed making delicious treats for my 2 Great Danes. They are my taste testers, and they wait patiently while I make a new batch of treats for them. Well, they try to wait patiently...:-)

Poor quality material. After about 100 cuts the edges dulled. Not fun to use anymore.

This set comes with 7 different shaped cookie cutters for making dog treats. My grandchildren enjoyed using them to make assorted shaped treats for my 6 dogs. They work really well for dog treats.

Jerome, Maxx, Katie and Alec are very pleased with the set of dog biscuit cutters. They are after all the primary beneficiaries. I used them to bake three batches of dog biscuits of different types. They worked very nicely on rather sturdy doughs which did not hold together all that well (see below), and cleaned up easily. The cut-outs were very clear and clean.
I tried two of the three recipes included with the set. Neither one of them held together that well, a fault I also found with a third recipe which I got from another source. I was advised to add an egg to the third one (for peanut butter biscuits) and will do so next time. I don't know why this should have happened and it is what keeps me from giving this product four stars rather than five.
The four listed above include the resident (Jerome) and the others are his friends.

I liked the bone shaped cookie cutters, but the other shapes were blobby looking if you didn't use a frosting to highlight what they were.

The product quality is okay, not as good as the "old fashion" cookie cutters.
