Infantastic! Workout - Bonding with Baby through Exercise [VHS]

This video is incredible. I've never known a video to have this originality in my 10 years of serious fitness training. In the morning when my daughter wakes up we start off our day with this challenging, yet intimate video to really set the tone for the day. The home setting is VERY comfortable, the movements and exercises are challenging, yet doable for a first workout after I had my baby. As a RN in Labor & Delivery & post partum, I've been recommending this tape to all my patients...I get many notes back from them saying, "THANK YOU, THANK YOU , THANK YOU!!"

I love this video because 1) the exercises are something I can do with my baby; 2) the exercises are broken into groups so I don't have to do all of them in one sitting or have the video running every time; 3) it's playtime for my son - sometimes it is hard to entertain a young baby all day, so when I run out of ideas, I do some "exercise games" with him!; 4) my baby loves it and he laughs & plays while I do all the work; 5) it makes me feel good about myself to get a little exercise in each day, especially knowing that I don't have to stop interacting with my son to do it or give up my "break time" when he is napping

As my son gets older & harder to lift (or to get to sit still!) I plan on still doing the exercises - but probably with weights or something instead, like shown in the video.

I have been using this for 6 weeks with my second son Aaron and he has been having so much fun exercising with me! He's 6 months old no and we have a few more months until he gets too rambunctious for some of the exercises. The difference betweeen this and other post-pregnacy videos I've seen is the focus on bonding with my baby while I'm exercising. The video quality is wonderful and home settings give this a much more intimate feel. There might be some mothers who want a gym or club feel for their workout, but I find this much more comfortable. I hope they come out with some companion videos.

My physical therapist gave me this video to help me recover from the birth of my second son. These exercises are strengthening excercises designed to help you regain the muscle tone lost during pregnancy. I first thought they were too easy, but am surprised that I can feel the 'burn' after doing the video. It is not aerobic exercise, in fact, it is recommended you do some aerobic exercise in addition to the video. My son loves doing the exercises with me. He enjoys the attention and thinks we're playing. I recommend this video.

Love it!! This has really been great for me and my baby boy. I've been using the program for 3 months now, and I've really firmed up -- the exercises for the belly and bottom are my favorites. Love the style of the video -- nice music, natural home settings, beautiful shots of moms & babies. I've already ordered this as a gift for a couple of friends -- hope to see more videos to come!

I read an article about exercising post-partum WITH baby and ordered the video. I really loved it. The workout is segmented into three parts, and set up in a way that you may not always need to pop in the video to do the workouts, once you are familiar with the routine. The music is soothing, and my son just loved the whole thing. Now that he's crawling around he won't stay in one place for us to do the workout anymore, and I miss it. This is a super gift, I've given it to three friends and they LOVE it.

I found this video while searching for a gift for my wife's birthday. We have a three-month old and she's just getting back into an exercise program. Now, this video is never out of our VCR. She loves it--especially the way the exercises use our baby as a little workout buddy. Good stuff. HIghly recommended.

All I can say is I LOVE IT. I've been using it for a few months, and it's been great. The exercises are challenging, and my little boy laughs the whole way (then is tired out and ready for a nap!) Great stuff.

I highly recommend this workout video for all new moms. I have reviewed all types of workout videos over the years, and this tape is the most professionally crafted video I have seen. The workout is also great as it incorporates attention to your new baby while you workout, and targets the "mommy" areas of the body to really help you get back in shape. You will not be disappointed with this video.

I've used this with my newborn for several months, and we both loved it. But I ended up getting the new DVD versions for friends directly from the Infantastic website. (Amazon seems to always be low on stock --it took 3 weeks for me to get it from Amazon, as opposed to 4 days from infantastic -- & Amazon doesn't carry the new DVD versions.)
Definitely helped me through postpartum & shape up, and my baby Alexandria lights up every time I put it on. Hoping to see more like it.
