I bought an infantino (standard one at Wal Mart) for my baby but ended up preffering my sister's older styled one like this better because of the way the straps hold baby in when carrying foward. I looked through most of the other versions and unless you want to pay $100, this one is the best for that reason. The straps may be a bit difficult at first, but once you get used to them, they are easy to use. I love that the straps hold baby in over the shoulders with just a small strap because once my baby was 6 months, she was too tall to stay tucked in to the standard Wal Mart one so I would have to fold over the top and hold her in manually since her shoulders were not stapped in anymore. I am buying this one for a friend since I love this version much better.

Very difficult to put on if you are alone. The straps come completely off and get tangled. I feel like I am jostling my poor baby around every time I put it on. When he finally makes it in there, I feel like he is squished, he doesn't look as cozy as the babies in the pictures on the product advertisement.

I was looking for a back carrier for my 19 lb baby. This carrier is not it! It's uncomfortable and you have to hold the straps in your hands to make sure it's not going to slip off and that defeats the purpose of carrying the baby hands free. I do not recommend it at all!

I got this exact item on another sight and oh boy what a waste of money. Its the worst carrier I have seen. My baby at 2 months was so uncomfortable I thought she would die in there. Total waste. Just throw it in the garbage where it belong.

My daughter just hates it. It is so uncomfortable and the straps get on her face all the time when she is facing me. It gets her really upset. Do not waste your money with this carrier.

Awful! Do NOT waste your money on this carrier. It is NOT ergonomic....bad for baby. It is horribly complicated and no one seems comfortable. I tried, and tried to get this carrier to work. I finally returned it and got an Infantino Mai tai....(which is a way better carrier for half the price). Then I learned about baby wearing and it finally made sense why this carrier did not work! Just don't buy. There are a 100 better options out there,

This is the first and only carrier I have used so far. My son is almost 4 months old and really likes to be held. However, as much as I would like to hold him all day long I really need to get things done around the house. In comes this carrier! I really liked how it does the face in/face out front back with a backpack option as well. My son did not like the face in part at all, but he has always likes to see what is going on around him. He was also a small skinny baby so his face was always sort of smashed into my chest. We have used the face out part once, at the beach when he was almost 3 months old (and about 10 pounds). He really enjoyed it!

The backpack is a soft pillowy material and seems like it would be very easy to just throw into the wash machine, and it seems comfy for baby. The straps are soft enough on my shoulders and it is pretty easy to put on by myself. I'm not sure I'll use this until he is 20 pounds, doesn't seem it would be as comfortable with a heavier baby.
