I have never taken the time to review an item before and as anyone with small children and babies knows finding the time is near impossible. But since I was so happy with this I thought I would take a quick minute to review it.
My priorities in searching for a cart cover were:
-Nice looking (nothing silly and too cutesy).
-Covers the entire area of the cart or highchair seat.
-Gender neutral that does not just mean boyish.

I am very happy I chose this cover. My only issue would be that the carrying case it comes with is nothing more than the plastic zipped packaging it comes in which is fine though not what I expected. Since I keep it in the back of my car it works fine for me. This cover is a bit large when used with a restaurant highchair but most are. This washes well and the loops to attach toys are great. I recommend this to people who want a cover but do not want to wheel around something covered in flowers, trucks, animals, or other characters.

As my little one gets heavier carrying her in the car seat has become quite the workout and has done a number on my back. It is great to find a shopping cart cover that 1) covers the whole seat area of the shopping cart; 2) has toy hooks; 3) is somewhat padded; 4) easy to put on and take off; 4) AND allows you to secure the baby to the cart! Great Find!!

I ordered this cart cover because my 5 month old out grew his infant car seat and was still a little wobbly in a shopping cart. It has been great! He loves to sit in it, and the padding helps to hold him up secure. I love that it has it's own buckle so you don't have to use the germy cart one. Also love that it protects him from germs!! The design is super cute. I only wish it wasn't white! I did not think about food stains when I ordered it, but now it has peas on it that are hard to get out! Overall it works great and I am very happy I ordered this! It's easy to put on and works well!
