Try it before you buy it,

I was excited about receiving this carrier as a gift because I envisioned carrying my baby around everywhere--while I did household chores, ran errands, and going for walks with my husband. Very quickly I realized that it was a major ordeal to just get the dang thing on! The only really accurate way to make the adjustments on all the different straps and hooks is with the baby IN the carrier, and we all know what happens when you mess with a 5 mo. old too much. Another problem is that when you face them out, the back support is supposed to fold down, but ours keeps popping up right in our daughter's face. She just chews on it mostly, but I'd rather it didn't do this.

One good thing is that my daughter LOVES being in it (once we get going). When she was facing me, she usually fell asleep, but as she has gotten older, she loves to face out and see the world. I would recommend finding someone who has one and trying it out before you buy it.

My husband and I tried both the SNUGLI and the Baby Bjorn and hated them both!! The snugli straps never stayed put and the Baby Bjorn hurt my back so badly. We opted for the Eurorider as a last resort and it's been wonderful! Our son is 20 pounds and it still works like a dream. I highly recommend SKIPPING paying the extra for the other ones because they really are not better.

I registered for this as a first time Mom and found that it was very handy to have. I agree that it could be easier to get the baby in and out of, but I looked at other models and couldnt find another one that looked any easier. I used to carry one of my twins in this while I had the other twin and my 3 year old in the stroller when we would go out.
When the baby is fussy and wants to be held, it is great to be able to keep him close to you and still have your hands free to do chores, too. I would recommend it.

I bought this carrier before my daughter was born and she at first did not like, I thought she may when she got older? I have been trying it now that she is 4 months, she is a average weight baby and yet it cuts off circulation to her legs. My husband had her in it with her facing out and I looked at her legs after only 10 minutes and they were literally purple! She doesn't like it, it is horribly hard to get her into, and after seeing what it did to her legs there is no way she is going back in. DON'T BUY THIS AT ALL!!!!!

Very comfortable carrier!,

I have the Snugli front/back carrier and the Combi Urban hip carrier. The Snugli was a waste of money because my 2 month old outgrew it because he's a big baby and his legs were being pinched in it. The Combi Urban is OK but being my baby is big, it's not too comfortable with all the weight being shifted to one side. The straps are well-padded but it still pinches my neck. The EuroRider has been great, so far. It is soft and you can adjust (via velcro) the body/leg room, unlike the Snugli and Combi. I am very happy with this purchase.

Way too complicated!,

This product is less expensive than several of the others. Now guess I know why. It is very difficult to put on, let alone get the baby into it. My baby screams every time I try to put her in it. Once she's in, I am so uncomfortable wearing it, I feel like screaming. It's currenly sitting in a pile to sell at our next yard sale.

I recieved this as a babyshower gift and it's a great buy. The one I recieved came in pink and grey, and I think the company does a great job in making the carriers stylish for mom and baby. Getting to the main point though, my baby loves sitting there and it's very efficient because I can get a lot more done when I'm wearing it. I even thought that my daughter would think it was uncomfortable, but she doens't complain one bit. The only downside I would say it has is trying to figure out exactly how to adjust the straps so that the baby will be snug. Before the first time I wore it, I had to adjust so many straps to get it just right. Since then though, it's been just fine.

We received one of these for our son from a work colleague. We also have a $$$ Ergo Carrier. Our six-month son much prefers the Infantino to the Ergo b/c the Infantino faces outward and he can see everything around him. He complains about sitting in the Ergo and eventually falls asleep. The only advantage to the Ergo is that it is more comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.
Having a carrier is great for moms and dads around the house who need to get things done and keep the baby entertained. Be careful with any carrier as they all must be adjusted properly to avoid falls.

I have been looking and looking for a carrier and finally found this one. So far it has been working out like a champ. I had a infantino snuggle thing and my boy was just too big for it he hated it. But he loves to be in the EuroRider.

We got this carrier off our regestry. I could not see spending $100 to see if this baby would be comforted by a front carrier. It has been a life saver! I am 5'4 and a few times I have had to have the cross-over postioner adjusted (it is to be centered), our 10 year olf daughter is 5' and loves to pack the baby around in the carrier, my husband is 6' and he has worn the baby in it also. Each of us is very comfortable and compaired to the carriers of 10 years ago this is a dream to use. Our baby is 17lbs at 3 months and I have no problems getting him into the carrier by myself. I have purchased this for a cousin because I love using it so much.
