We thought this would be a great toy for the high chair to keep our son entertained while waiting for food. Not only did the toy NEVER stay suctioned to his tray (or any other surface you would think it would work on) it also came apart in my 6-month-old's hands, leaving him with smaller pieces (and screws!) to play with...I'm just glad I was watching when it happened.

The suction cup doesn't stay stuck. I don't know if it was just this particular one, but I've never had problems with Sassy's suction cups.
