4.0 out of 5 stars A Decent Book
This book provides decent coverage of the subject, although I was surprised that coverage of any of the French mortars was somewhat perfunctory, especially in light of the fact that the Brandt designs were adopted by so many other countries. Specific data on the French mortars would have been very useful.

2.0 out of 5 stars A nice little book
A nice intro into mortars, some very nice plate work for the 2 inch and 3 inch mortar but for some reason no plates for the 4 inch mortar which was a bit of a dissapointment. Has some interesting facts and a nice addition to a library.
