5.0 out of 5 stars DAMNIT SOMEONE FINALLY UNDERSTANDS!, June 27, 2004

That I want music with ENERGY! Loud and pissed off energy. I found this in Fetus who exerts this energy in every song and I recommend buying this cd right away for any metal fan (or if your broke like me download it). But on a less hyped up notion, I thought this cd was really cool, I was first introduced to this band through a friend and was hooked soon after. If you enjoy this band a few others you might like are

5.0 out of 5 stars Dying Fetus' best ever (NO QUESTION!), January 4, 2010

This CD is absolutley one of the best damn death metal CDs ever created. Any Fetus fan should be ready to kill for this one. Its just raw and killer. If you get the chance pick it up...you will not be disappointed.

I own Purification Through Violence (f&*^ing great as well), Stop at Nothing, Descend into Depravity, Destory the Opp, War of Attrition and Killing on Adrenaline (also killer) from this band but NOTHING I mean NOTHING comes even close to the awesomeness of this killer CD. The live tracks at the end of the CD will make you pray they release a live album SOON. Grab the headphones and turn ALL THE WAY UP. Be prepared to resist the urge to go out and smash someones face in.

Dare I say...EPIC and thats from a someone who has been a metalphile since the early 80s. It is definately in the top 10 metal recordings I have heard PERIOD! Get a copy now, you will be blown up!

4.0 out of 5 stars I ain't been on here for quite awhile:, March 10, 2011

Because I don't have credit for Amazon anymore and they don't sell via money order but this is a new COMPILATION cd of the so called best of FETUS so why do people write reviews for stuff that they already own and have heard before, WHERE IS THE BRAND NEW MATERIAL? WRITE SOME NEW STUFF AND RELEASE IT. THE TITLE GIVES IT AWAY BY CALLING IT "INFATUATION WITH MALEVOLENCE" MEANING AN INFATUATION WITH THE PAST DYING FETUS STUFF THAT IS ON OTHER CD'S AND ALBUMS. THIER ACTUAL NEWEST ONE WAS THE RECENT (2 YEARS AGO) "DESCEND INTO DEPRAVITY", SO WHERE IS THE NEW CD WITH NEW MATERIAL FOR THIS YEAR, EVEN MY LOCAL BARGAIN RECORD STORE WANTS TOO MUCH MOOLAH FOR IT, I HEARD ONE OF THE CLERKS SAY THE OTHER DAY THAT THEY ONLY BUY CD'S FOR A BUCK OR BUCK AND A HALF PER CD BUT THEY CHARGE A MARKUP OF AT LEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES THAT PRICE, SO PEOPLE ARE GETTING SCREWED IN THE PRICE DEPARTMENT, I SAW THE NEW MESHUGGAH 2 DVD ONLINE FOR $1.50 AND THEY'RE SELLING IT IN THIER STORE FOR $20.00 BUCKS, 'THAT'S A HUGE MARKUP'. DON'T GET ME WRONG COMPILATIONS ARE GOOD BUT BUY THE ORIGINAL WHOLE ALBUM SO EVERYTHING IS COVERED!
