Great reference, but outdated,

This is a great reference for infection control practices in the field or in ambulance settings but unfortunately, the information is outdated. Since this book was published (in 1993), the CDC has come out with new guidelines--standard precautions and transmission-based isolation precautions. Looking forward to the next edition!
