It is very easy to use and does not get tangled in your hair.
April Aakre
My hair didn't tangle but it spins so darn fast that you can't just let it rotate as the hair is brushed over it instead of getting wound up around itself.
Jameson
Curls my hair while it dries giving it more body and making it really smooth and shiny at the same time.

The Infinitipro Spin Air styler is essentially a large brush with a low-power hair-dryer in its center. In this video, I demonstrate the spinning action and how it works. For chin-length or longer hair, this is probably a five-star product, but the 2-inch brush is simply too large for short hair. If this product had interchangeable brush heads, it would be perfect. I give it 3 stars for short hair, but 5 stars overall for how it works.

UPDATE: I now have a slightly longer hair style. Although my hair is still layered, the longest pieces are chin length, and the style curls under. This styler is EXCELLENT for the length and style, although it takes a long time to dry my hair (I have a lot of it) and occasionally the brush cannot turn well when my hair is still wet. The results, however, are much better than they were with a shorter length. The volume is not as great as with a traditional blow drier, but my hair is smoother and holds its style better using the Infinitipro.

I've never seen the commercial for this product. I had immediate anxiety when I discovered the tip of the styler rotates. I pictured knots, a hair nest, and some pain. I am pleasantly surprised. The more I use this product, the more I love it.

THE BRUSH
The styler has a brush top. I want to warn you that when the brush is in your hair, it's not going to feel like it has enough strength to do the job. The brush felt too soft in my hair. It does do the trick.

THE SETTINGS
There are thee settings: low, high and cool. There are also two buttons that can be pressed with the thumb. One rotates the brush head clockwise and one rotates it counter clockwise. When I had the brush on "cool" the rotate function does not work.

BENEFITS
This product saves the wrists. It takes a two hand task and makes it doable with one hand. The rotating brush really saves time because I don't have to hold a brush in my other hand while drying. The fact that the brush rotates both ways makes it easy to style hair no matter what section of hair I'm working on. No more sore arms or wrists.

My hair is shinier. It looks smoother. When I use this, I don't need to straighten it with a flat iron afterwards.
It's really a great product.

TIPS
Comb your hair out before you start using it. To me this is common sense but I felt the need to add this.

My hair is half way down my back. I don't pre-dry it with a dryer before using this. If anything, it takes 5-10 minutes longer to dry but I save that time by not having to use a straightener after my hair is dry. In essence, it takes the same amount of time it normally does to do my hair and uses 1/3 of the tools.

NOTE: You DON'T need to ever roll your hair around this brush.

I have very straight, fine, almost shoulder-length hair that I typically style using a round brush and hair dryer, followed by a straightening iron to smooth everything down. I thought this product might help me eliminate some of those pieces, particularly when traveling, and I was also intrigued with the claims of faster drying and the ionizing properties.

What I found:

Pro: Added volume and shininess
Con: Very heavy; unwieldy; not terribly intuitive (for me, anyway)

The Styler is very large and very heavy. Although I have a large blow dryer, this product is even heavier. The real problem, though, is that the handle is extremely large, which makes it hard for me to grasp for any length of time and I have big hands (size 8.5 glove)!

The spin feature is triggered by pressing a button -- one button goes clockwise, the other counterclockwise, which would be really handy if you have hair long enough to roll up on this thing. However, I kept using the wrong button and would thus either change an under flip to an over flip, or just ruck up a layer of hair that I was trying to get to lie smoothly.

The product claims to dry hair "faster" but I'm not sure what it is supposed to be faster than. It definitely took longer to dry and style with this than with my traditional methodology. I'm sure some of that is from not being used to it.

I do think my hair looked shinier after using this product, and I think it was easier to add volume at the roots with this product than with my round brush and dryer.

I found the styler to be too big and heavy to want to use, despite some improvement in results over the three-tool method. For travel, it is slightly less bulky than my other tools, but heavier, so I think that benefit cancels out. If they could make this work with a brush the same size but a handle more the size of a traditional curling iron, I'd be interested, but, as it is, it's just too much work.

I am one of the cosmetically clueless. 30 years old, and since i mastered the ponytail at the age of 18 (yes that's right, it took me until age 18 to figure out how to do a decent ponytail!), I rarely do anything to my hair for the sole reason that I am no good at it at all. A few years back, I went to a very patient stylist who labored to teach me the hair dryer/round brush method of doing my hair, and I managed to learn how to use a straightener after to tame the fluffed up broken strands that resulted from this process. At the end of all that, I ended up with a passable head of hair that would look decent for about an hour until i touched it, came in contact with wind, rain, sleet, sun, snow or otherwise did anything other than sit with my head perfectly still.

Then I got this bad boy. I will adnit it takes some getting used to (a 5 minute learning curve for something hair inept like myself). I was concerned at first with the width of the brush. It is easily the size of a full two inch round brush or iron. I first tested on dry hair as soon as I got it out of the box. It did nothing really for my dry hair, except make it big and static-y. I do NOT recommend it for dry hair unless you have some sort of tamer or prewet it. This morning I used it on my freshly showered, shampooed and conditioned hair. I was worried about it pulling out strands, or tangling in my hair, but they have designed it so in order for it to rotate, you have to hold a button down (you can also direct the rotation clockwise or counterclockwise by pushing different buttons-super useful when switching sides of hair). Even when holding down the button I did not manage to cause tangles, rips, or pain in anyway (which i ALWAYS manage when using a manual round brush.
