My 6 year old got this for Easter and he and his 4 year old brother love them. They want more. They have made all the included designs and use their imaginations to build there own creations. We will be buying a larger set.

It is hard to review a toy when a child first gets it because let's face it they always love it when it is new! but, what kind of "longevity" does a toy have with a child - that's what is more important. My son, now 8, has had this toy for a couple of years. It is one of those toys that he always comes back to when he is looking for something to play with. It is colorful, fun and imaginative. I think you will be happy with a purchase of this toy for your boy or girl.

My son got this for his 4th birthday and LOVES it! He and his 4 year old friend spend about an hour everyday putting pieces together and taking them apart. The box says for 6 and up, and that is true for making the things in the manual, but younger kids will enjoy too, and it is great for their finger dexterity and imagination.

I bought this (along with the build a car set) for my 9 year-old nephew. He loved it. It's a nice alternative for kids who enjoy Legos, because the pieces fit together at angles and allow for different shapes. I'm buying the Zoob Jr. set for my 3 1/2 year-old son this year!

you have to get this set not oly can they make animals but they can make anything they can imagine!!!!

During a holiday at my home I have 5 grandchildren to keep busy before and after the meal. My daughter told me that the nursery school which my grandson attends has this great toy, Zoob. I ordered it through Amazon as I usually do and it did the trick.

After seeing how much my son enjoyed Zoobs at his preschool, we purchased some for home. I admit that my husband and I were just as into creating with these things as our five year old. Also, it comes with 5 levels of Zoob directions (each level adds Zoob pieces so they become progressively more challenging), so you have many options for creating with this toy. Our son really loves them and it keeps him very occupied. My only complaint is that eventually, some of the end pieces will get broken as they are snapped together, pulled apart and generally used to "pieces" (I know this from using the toys in my own preschool classroom), but that will be down the road and hopefully have only one child (or even a few children) will significantly reduce the wear and tear factor.

My 5 year old son played with zoobs in preschool and was so excited when he got these for Christmas. He plays with them for hours and has friends who love them as well.

My sister-in-law sent these to my son for his birthday and for the past month this has been a favorite toy! We asked for people to give him building-type of toys. I had never heard of Zoob before but these will be a toy that I will purchase for other kids in the future. It is amazing all that can be created and how well it all stays together until it is time for the next creation. Several kids of various ages (and adults) have started playing with them and everyone is amazed. Open the box and start the creativity.

Zoobs are awesome!!! Great for a 5+ year old ....they can snap your fingers a little so I wouldn't recommend it for younger children. They are so cool!
